The Lakonian Association of London and Vicinity “O Lykourgos” would like to invite friends and members of our community to its annual: Valentine’s Dinner and Dance. Plenty of food (oven roast lamb with all the trimmings), drinks, refreshments and a draw with wonderful prizes.

“Neaniki Syntrofia” Meeting – Intro to Ancient Greek Philosophy
Date: Saturday March 5th, 5 to 6pm
Location: Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church Hall
Neaniki Syntrofia of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Community of London is aimed towards people aged 18-35. Its primary objective is the strengthening of Greek-Orthodox consciousness of the Community’s young adults.
Meetings will include a brief analysis of the week’s evangelic excerpt as well as topical discussions, invited speakers, movies, learning of Greek songs etc. The “Neaniki Syntrofia” is organized by the young adults, for the young adults.

March 20th – Celebration of March 25th 1821 Independence Day
Our Community is celebrating Greek Independence Day on Sunday, March 20th, 2016.
For your convenience, we are providing Busses from our Church to the Parade and Cenotaph and then from the Cenotaph back to the Hellenic Community Center for the Brunch and Celebration. So there is no need to worry about driving and parking. Below are the scheduled times for the Celebration:
8:00-10:30 a.m. Divine Liturgy & Doxology at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church
10:30 a.m. Proceed to 193 King St. Parking Lot (south) near Clarence St. (Bus provided from Church)
11:00 a.m. Parade proceeds on Clarence St. to Dufferin Ave to the Cenotaph.
11:30 a.m. Victoria Park Cenotaph – Wreath Laying
12:30 p.m. Celebration and Lunch at the Hellenic Community Centre
